When do you start making bags?
We started designing and making our own bags and pouches since 2010.

Are your designs original?
Yes, we design our bags from scratch by mixing and matching different types of printed cloths and materials.

Where do you get your materials from?
We source our cloths and materials from various countries such as United States, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and within Singapore.

Do you take custom orders?
Sorry, we do not take custom requests at the moment.

How do I maintain a handmade bag?
We design our bags for normal daily use. You would take care of it like any normal bags, for example, do not overload a handmade bag with heavy items. We also recommend simple spot cleaning or dry cleaning if possible.

Can I exchange a gift voucher from your shop for cash?
No, gift voucher can only be used to purchase products from our shop and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Can I purchase without a shop account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest without registering an account.

Is my data private if I register an account to purchase?
We fully respect your privacy. We do not reveal your personal data to anyone other than use your address for billing and to ship products to you. Your email is only used to contact you when needed, such as to send you order status updates.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Your password is encrypted in the database and even we cannot read it. If you forget your password, our system will have to reset it. You can use the form at the Forgotten Password page to get a temporary password.


Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide to over 220 countries.

What types of shipping do you provide?
We use Registered Airmail that includes limited tracking so it is safer than regular Airmail. For Singapore customers, we provide options for SingPost Basic Package or Tracked Package.

What is your shipping cost based on?
Our shipping cost is calculated based on package weight according to our local post office rates. We basically charge you what our local post office charges us. We do not earn from shipping fees.

What is the delivery time?
We ship our products within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. However, delivery time is really beyond our control and varies with countries. Please check the Shipping Information page for estimated delivery times.


What types of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through PayPal from worldwide customers. We also accept local Bank Transfer from Singapore customers.

Is your shop secure during payment?
We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway. You will only enter your credit card details at PayPal secure website.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. You just need to have your credit card details on hand.

How does Bank Transfer work for Singapore buyers?
We will send you a separate e-mail with SGD and our bank details for transfer. 


Which browsers does your shop support?
Our shop is compatible with Safari, Chrome and Firefox web browsers. It should also work on Internet Explorer 9 or later.

Does your shop work on mobile devices?
Yes, our shop works fine on mobile devices because we utilise "responsive" design. All pages will adjust themselves to fit on smaller screens.
