This is already the 4th pattern design we had for sun hat. The first few design was either too soft with floppy brim or too wide that causes too much waviness. It has to be the right size to shelter the face from the sun but not too big to obstruct vision.
We wanted a hat that keep its form after unfolding and not too stiff looking. It has to look unique and full of characteristic. It has to be washable and long lasting.
This may not be the best yet, but it’s the best so far.
