COVID-19 has resulted in significant disruption in all international airfreights. Some services may not be available and all shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.


We ship worldwide to over 220 countries.

For worldwide customers, we use Registered Airmail that includes limited tracking (for selected countries). For Singapore customers, we provide Basic or Tracked Package. Basic Package is for cheaper items and will deliver to letterbox without tracking. Tracked Package delivers to letterbox with tracking.

We will email you the tracking number (if available) after we ship your order. You can use it to track your package at our local post office website.


The shipping cost is calculated based on package weight according to our local post office rates. There is no handling fees.

You can check the shipping cost before checkout. Just add products to cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and you should automatically see the cost based on the country you are in.

If there is no shipping option available during checkout, please contact us.


We ship our products within 3 working days after payment is confirmed, except for pre-order items. Actual delivery time is beyond our control and varies with countries, usually between 14 to 42 working days but could be longer. For Singapore, it is between 5 to 10 days.

Please note that delivery could be delayed because of, but not limited to, weather conditions, customs clearance, local security check and during busy year-end holiday seasons.


There may be local customs duties, import taxes or anything similar when your order is delivered to you. If any, these are duty fees paid to your local post office or government.
